Casa Dragonera has an exposed position with direct access to the sea. It is located in a calm neighborhood. The hallway leads to the bedrooms, two on the left, one on the right side. One double bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and a small terrace with access to the garden and pool. The other bedrooms share one bathroom. The living room has large french doors, which lead out to the pool terrace. The open fireplace and the wooden beam ceiling gives the room a rustic character. The ample kitchen is equipped completely and functional. From the kitchen to the dining room, there is a pass-through, which many houses have, built in the 60s.
Also the dining room features french doors, which lead out to the pool terrace. Due to a porch, it is perfect to have lunch outside in the shade. The fourth bedroom with bathroom ensuite is located in the upper floor. It has a seperate entrance by an external staircase. Here is also a large terrace, that offers spectacular sea views. The refreshing pool is 5 x 8 m large. From the generous pool terrace a path leads through the garden to a gate. Behind the gate there is a bathing platform, where one can swim or snorkle in the sea. Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
