This very tasteful furnished villa is located on a fenced property of 2700 sqm in size. Although in the neigbourhood there is another house, both houses are independent and separated. A high planting and a wooden wall divide the two properties. The spacious terrace has many comfortable seating areas. Beside that there is a pool which covers 5 x 12 m, a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table for 12 persons. The panoramic view onto the sea and to the island of Naxos is unique. Especially with pool illumination and the lit houses on Naxos in the evening, the view is impressing.
The house is furnished very elegantly with many lovely details. Everything is very bright and suitable for a holiday home at the sea. Remarkable is the direct access to the sea with rocks and small sandy bays. The house is 5 minutes away from the sandy "New Chrissi Akti Beach". There is a diving school and numerous other watersport activities are offered. A tennis court is available at a hotel, which is approximately 1 km away. Tavernas and shops are located in Piso Livado. There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in Naoussa. The house is very suitable for families. We recommend a rental car.

Paros is one of the most attractive islands of the Cyclades, offering historical sights, picturesque Greek towns and numerous sandy beaches. Rolling hills, famous for their marble, and the clear, turquoise-blue sea are characteristic for the landscape. Parikia is the capital of the island and has been built on the same spot as the ancient town. Coming in from the sea and arriving at the harbour of Parikia is a sight to behold: towered by the ruins of the Venetian fortress, snow-white houses hide between a sea of flowers.
