positioned on the edge of the hillside and just beneath the main terrace, enjoys some of the most fabulous views to be found of Skopelos town and harbour. The main entrance leads to a very spacious open plan kitchen and dining room. The floors are of mellow terracotta tiles and the ceilings are high-pitched and wood beamed. A roomy well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar sits off to the side and has its own door to the terrace for ease of serving al fresco meals. The sizable dining table, comfortable sofas and a fireplace create a warm and delightful space. The French doors lead to a veranda with lots of space to relax or take outdoor meals, and a wonderful view.
The main house is built on three levels, with the sitting room in the middle. A half flight of stairs from the entrance door leads down to a twin bedroom and a sea facing terrace and a bathroom with shower/WC next door. Another half flight of stairs upwards from the sitting room leads to the another two bedrooms. The master bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed and spacious wooden terrace facing the beautiful whitewashed town and crystal blue sea. The second bedroom on this level has 2 single beds and faces a sunny rear terrace. In between the bedrooms is a beautifully fitted bathroom with bathtub/WC.The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance and is situated to the side and below the main house. This studio is equipped with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. The town is just 15 minutes by foot, Stafilos and Velanio beaches only 30-45 minutes away. There is no local taxi service to this house, so car rental is essential.
