This holiday house has been built right above the beach of Vathias, which is only 80 m away. It is accessed by road from Skopelos town, most of the way on an asphalt road, with the final 3 km on a winding unsurfaced road. The house is designed around a centre courtyard where one can find sheltered outdoor seating, a stone built barbecue and dining space. From one of four doors off the courtyard, one can enter the spacious sitting room and the open plan kitchen. The corner fireplace gives the room a warm touch, while French doors lead out to a terrace facing the sea.The sitting room and kitchen area is air conditioned.
The two lower bedrooms are reached separately through outer doors from the rectangular shaped courtyard. One bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC ensuite. The third bedroom is on the upper floor, which is reached via a set of outside stone steps from the courtyard. This small room has a double bed and French doors leading to a lovely balcony with views of the beach and sea below. All bedrooms are equipped with air condition and CD/radio player. On the lower level of the main house is an air conditioned gym.There is a spacious patio with a large outdoor dining table and heated whirlpool, taking advantage of the surrounding nature and sea below. Kyma Beach House also has its own vineyard. Two mountain bikes are provided at the villa for those wanting to explore the island in a more natural way. There is no local taxi service to this house, so car rental is essential.
