This modern resort with villas, a Sheraton Hotel and two golf courses lies in the south of Gran Canary, in the region of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. There are various groups of villas. Being situated along the large golf course, they fit very well into the landscape. Thus, they create an interesting contrast with the greens of the golf court and the desertlike surroundings. One can enjoy the splendid views of the mountains. The Salobre deluxe-villas are located in prime position in the group of Salobre Hills, were as the standard villas are located in the groups Los Lagos, Las Terrazas, Par 4 and Golfers. The Salobre Hills villas are tastefully equipped with modern furniture. On the ground floor one will find the fully fitted kitchen and the living/dining room with stereo, Sat-TV and DVD player. The spacious bedrooms compriese of an ensuite bathroom each.
Each villa has a private garden with terrace, which is equipped with teak furniture and beautifully illuminated in the evenings. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining. Last but not least, there is the private pool with a size of 5 x 10 metres. At the entrance of the resort, there is the Pro-Shop, a restaurant and a mini-market to shop the basic groceries.

Gran Canaria is the thirdlargest island of the Canaries and it is situated 210 km west of the Moroccan coast in the Atlantic Ocean. The nearly circular island has volcanic origins and lies between its neighbouring islands Tenerife in the west and Fuerteventura in the east. Due to its climatic and geographical variety and its diversified flora and fauna, Gran Canaria is called a "miniature continent". While there are green, fertile lands in the north, the south is arid and sunny. It is an island full of contrasts, offering a mild, sunny climate with an average temperature of 23°C the whole year round. Furthermore, there are beautiful beaches, old pine tree forests, calderas, desert-like landscapes and hills overgrown with typical plants which can be found only on the Canary Islands.
