This extraordinary property comprises of a bright, spacious villa and a traditional Cycladic windmill. The windmill will not be rented separately. The buildings enclose a courtyard, where the pool with hydro massage and the summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza ofen are situated. Due to its spectacular location, the property offers stunning views of the island of Paros and the harbour of Antiparos. All units are furnished tastefully in the typical style of the Cyclades with charming details. Service is at the guests' disposal eight hours per day. Linen and towels are changed twice a week and can be changed more often upon surcharge.
The small bay below the holiday villa invites to take a swim in th sea. In a distance of 500 m, there is another small pebble beach with a Greek taverna. The beautiful sandy beach with numerous taverns is approximately 2 km away. Besides the gorgeous beaches, the island of Antiparos offers a unique ambiance for shopping and dining. During high season, the ferry boat to Paros operates every 30 minutes. The trip takes about 15 minutes, and the harbour of Antiparos can be reached from the holiday villa in approximately 10 minutes. We recommend to rent a car.

Antiparos
Commonly known as the little sister of Paros, Antiparos is a very attractive island. There is a car ferry between the two islands, departing approximately every thirty minutes. The crossing takes about ten minutes. Antiparos is only 35 sqkm in size, and, due to its gorgeous sandy beaches and extraordinary holiday homes very exclusive. Dating back to the times of Alexander the Great, the caves of Antiparos are well worth seeing. There are many hiking and biking trails spread across the island.
