This elegant holiday home is part of a beautiful historic complex dating back to the year 1734. The whole property has been totally restored in 2007. It consists of two main parts, the villa of the owner, which is not available for rent, and the old courtyard. The courtyrad has been converted into a splendid Relais composed of 15 apartments and the villa La Colombella, which has its own independent entrance. The estate is surrounded by a large park of 2 hectares in size, with tall hedges and age-old trees, where the guests can find moments of absolute tranquillity. There is also a swimming pool with sun deck, which is shared by all guests of the property. La Colombella has a private garden just in front of the house with garden furniture and shaded areas. Equipped with every comfort and luxurious facilities, this holiday villa has been restored maintaining its original structure. It was personally furnished by the owner with the intention to have guests live a unique experience of the past.
On the ground floor, there are a bright living room, a dining room with a table for 10, laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are also a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a small room for an extra bed, and a guest WC. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. From this floor, a staircase leads up to the last two floors of the house, which are located in a very romantic tower. On the first level of the tower there is a bathroom, on the second level a double bedroom is located. Each room has different characteristics and furnishings, with antiques and ancient prints and paintings. Some of the bedrooms have a nice view over the neighbouring Golf Club, others overlook the inside of the courtyard and the garden. The guests of La Colombella will have access to all the services of the Golf Club, such as the Wellness Centre, the golf courses, the tennis courts and the soccer field. The lovely town of Peschiera del Garda is at about 3 km and is an ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions. There are many nice shops, bars and restaurants.

Lake Garda
Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy and is idyllically located between the Alps and the Po plain. The north is surrounded by high mountains and therefore offers a suitable destination for various alpine sports. Hikers and bikers will find gorgeous tours and trails. Due to the great wind conditions surfers and sailors will find their paradise in the north of Lake Garda. The beaches of the lake are very versatile. Along the shore one will find sandy beaches, shingle beaches and lawns that are partly private, partly public. The sub-mediterranean climate arranges an ample vegetation with olive groves, palm trees and oleander bushes. Driving along the beautiful landscape one can find reams of vineyards and orangeries. Besides its scenic appeal, the region around Lake Garda convinces with many attractions. Almost every day concerts, wine or gastronomy events and cultural arrangements take place in the area. Amusement parks like Gardaland or Parco Zoo Safari, as well as several water and thermal parks are open daily during the summer season and assure fun for both young and old. The pictorial cities along the lake are also worth seeing. Desenzano del Garda is the largest city at the lake and features countless shops, nightclubs, cafés and restaurants. The port with its lighthouse is a favourite photo theme and the imposing buildings of the old town bribe many visitors for a city tour. Further idyllic towns are Peschiera, Custoza, Malcesine and Tremosine that attract tourists with their marinas, the lovely old towns and the small colourful alleys and claddings that reflect in the water.
