This exceptional holiday villa suits particularly well for those looking for a tasteful interior and design combined with quiet, rural surroundings. From all rooms, as well as from the terraces and the swimming pool, one can enjoy wonderful views of hills and olive groves. The open plan living area is allocated on three levels. The kitchen is in the middle, downstairs, there is the dining area, and the living room is upstairs. The living area features a flatsreen TV, a DVD and CD player and an iPod Box. The terraces can be entered from the kitchen and dispose of a large table. Thus, one can have a sunny breakfast or enjoy lunch in the shadow. The sunset in the evening creates a special atmosphere.
All windows are equipped with moscito screens. Furthermore, there is an utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. The annex with its two small bedrooms is ideal for children and teenagers. Close to Casa di Vento, there is a riding stable which is run by Germans. The nearby village of Castel Ritali offers some grocerie stores, restaurants and a coffee bar. The unique town of Spoleto and the nearest motorway access are only 15 km away. Day trips to Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto and Rome give variety to the quietness and contemplativeness of Casa di Vento. The very friendly custodians are professional chefs and as per prior notice, they will arrange Umbrian BBQ or formal dinner.
