This beautiful and comfortable holiday finca lies in a rural area, and it is only some 5 km away from the town of Pollenca. Here one finds many cafes, restaurnats and shops. The nearest golf courses of Port Polelnca and Aucanada are 4 respectivley 10 km away. Port Pollenca and the beaches can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. The finca is set on a hill in a well tended and secluded porperty with lawns and trees. From the mediterranean garden one has stunning views. The attracticve pool and the partly covered terraces provide a comfortable ambience to enjoy one´s holidays. A maid comes 3 times per week in the mornings to take care of the house.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
