This charming holiday home is a typical finca with an idyllic courtyard. The villa has been constructed in the shape of a horseshoe. It is a split-level house and thus, the master bedroom and the bathroom are only a half level above the living room. The other two bedrooms, each with bathroom ensuite, are located in the annex on the opposite side of the courtyard. A large table and seatings in the patio offer a lot of space for dining. The extravagant furniture of the holiday villa shows the owner's love for details.

The well-tended outside area offers two covered, shady perches with extended views of the surrounding landscape. There is a large lawn around the pool, offering much space for sunbeds and sunshades. A little bit below the villa, there are a carport and a small children's playground. It is approximately 3 km to San Miguel with a small beach and many shops and restaurants. A rental car is necessary.
