This finca is located in the south-east of the island, about 60 km from the capital Palma. The property consists of two holiday houses, Can Brut and the smaller guest house, Son Cara. When the owners stay in Can Brut the swimming pool, sauna and garden will be shared. The finca lies within unspoilt nature. It is a good location, from where all major sights, golf courses and beaches are within easy reach. The buildings are imbedded in a grandiose garden. The linden tree, which is more than a hundred years old, is dominant and formative for the property. The small garden in front of the house, the lawn with its almond trees, the sculpture parc, the flower garden between the main and the guest house, the helical garden and the agricultural land with fig and apricot trees make a contemplative and quiet hideaway out of the estate.
The guest house Son Cara has recently been built, the architecture and design are rich in contrast and harmonious at the same time. Several terraces are adapted to the climatic conditions in a pleasant way. A well equipped kitchen, the modern living room with fireplace, Sat-TV, telephone and stereo as well as the dinette are located in a room that ressembles to a studio. From the living room, one reaches a small but beautiful bedroom with two built-in closets and a nice bathroom. The indoor swimming pool with sauna can be entered from the garden. Solar panels provide for the pools pleasant temperature in spring and late autumn. The property is not suitable for children under 12 years due to the high-class furniture with many objects of art. Grocery stores are found in the nearby village of Cas Concos. We highly recommend to visit the local markets to do the food shopping.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
