This spacious and comfortable holiday villa, built in the style of a chalet, has recently been completely restored and modernized. The luxury estate offers beautiful views as far as to the Tannheim mountains and the Bavarian royal palaces. The renown sanatorium Enzensberg lies behind the house on the northern side. The property has parking for several cars is entered through an electric gate. The center of this holiday home is the modern Bulthaup kitchen in the upper floor, which, equipped with stainless steel, even satisfies the high expectations of professional chefs.

The living room offers stunning views of the mountains and the royal palaces. It features a Bang & Olufsen sound system, oversize flatscreen TV and a DVD player. All bedrooms dispose of Sat-TV and a safe. The beautiful property and the furniture and equippement make the villa the perfect place for bon vivants, who do not want to renounce comfort during their holidays. In a radius of about 10 kilometres, there are five swimming lakes: Forggensee, Alpsee, Schwansee, Alatsee and Weissensee. Golf, watersports, biking and trekking are summer activities in this beautiful landscape. In winter, skiing, alpine as well as nordic, is very attractive in the Allgäu region. In high season (July and August and Easter/Pentacost/X-MAS/New Year), the minimum rental period is one week. Otherwise, we will gladly confirm rentals with a 3 nights minimum.

The fascinating landscape of the region Allgäu has been elating visitors at all times. Not only the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau attract numerous visitors, but also the palace of Füssen and the monastery Mang are worth a visit. The impressive landscape with many small lakes and the mountains Tegelberg and Säuling offers a lot of possibilities for hiking, climbing and water sports. During summertime, the lake Forggensee is full of small sailing and excursion boats. The festival hall, built only a few years ago, stages a lot of international musicals and has become one of Füssen's landmarks. In summer, visitors will find perfect conditions for hiking, biking and golfing in the region Allgäu, and in winter, this is an ideal place for Alpine and cross-country skiing.
