This rustic chalet is idyllically situated on a mountain near the renowned wintersports centers Großglockner, Kaprun and Zell am See. It was built and owned by a member of the Porsche family. It was sold when the Porsches built their family estate in the nearby area. At an altitude of 1200 m, the vacation property is surrounded by about three hectares of lawn and forest. Up here one has spectacular views of the valley and the opposite mountains called The Three Brothers. In the winter season a big glazed loggia invites to spend cosy afternoons at the open fireplace. The sauna and the fitness room are perfect to recover after skiing, trekking or golfing.

The huge comfortable living room with another fireplace and tiled oven has a generous gazebo with an octagonal table to dine. Artificially carved ceiling joists fit well together with the parquet floor, rustic rugs and nicely decorated furniture. The large and well-fitted kitchen has a wood stove in addition to the electrical one and a cosy corner seat to have breakfast. A floor heating was installed in all the bathrooms. Close to the chalet there is a farm, where guests can purchase fresh milk and other local products. One of the best golf courses of the Austrian Alps, built by members of the Porsche family, is located close to Zell am See and thus only a few minutes driving away. Pets are not allowed due to an allergy of the owner.
