The heatable pool measures 11 x 4 m. The holiday house offers various, independent terrraces with different seatings, which all have sea view. There are a pool house and comfortable sunbeds. Also the rooms offer a free panorama of the Atlantic. Large glass doors lead directly onto the lovingly furnished terraces. The ample living space is allocated on two floors, which are connected only by an external staircase. The first-class interior and decoration meets high expectations. The bathrooms are endowed luxuriously and tastefully.

The modern central heating system and the open fireplace in the upper living room add a cosy, pleasant atmosphere to the vacation villa.. The village of Puntagorda with shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car. The dark sandy beaches of Tazacorte are about 30 minutes away. Unspoilt, lonesome beaches can be found especially in the north of the island. The nearest place for bathing is in Puntagorda. Several hiking trails start in close vicinity to Villa Gran Atlantico. Service is included once a week for five hours. A car rental is essential.
If one decides to book one of the flats separately, the other one will remain closed. You will not share the garden and the pool with foreigners, but you be have exclusive use of the premises!
