Together with four other holiday villas, Villa Iris lies on the premises of a luxury resort at the Costa Smeralda. The houses suite perfectly for those expecting exclusive hotel service and yet wanting to enjoy their privacy in an own villa. The beach belonging to the hotel is only 150 metres away. Villa Iris disposes of two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. One further double bedroom is connected with a WC. The living room has Sat-TV and internet access. In addition to the split-level conception of the villa, in some rooms typical Sardinian rock formations have been integrated into the design.

The kitchen is furnished with fridge, dishwasher and cooker with oven. The house is allotted on three floors and, due to the numerous steps, not suitable for small children or disabled persons. Shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants can be found in the town of Baja Sardinia, which is approximately 6 km away. Furthermore, L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort disposes of an excellent restaurant that can be visited by the guests of the villas on request.
