The luxurious Finca Puig Bordoy lies imbedded in the back-country of Port Andratx on a 130000 sqm estate. The patio of the holiday property is entered through a 300 years old wooden gate. The large beautiful palm tree which is illuminated at night emphasizes the patio`s Mediterranean atmosphere. One of the entrances leads directly into the spacious living room with its stylish upscale furnishing, fireplace and modern HiFi and TV equippment. The library, a guest WC and a guest room with double sofa bed and terrrace are located next to the salon. In the dining room, which is connected to the salon, there is a massive wooden table. From here, one can enjoy wonderful views of the estate and to the bay of Port Andratx and the marina. A small kitchen is heightened at the end of the dining room. On the same level, there is a full kitchen with high quality appliances and a utility room. Five bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, are allotted on two floors. Almost all bedrooms have access either to a balcony or a terrace. The spacious bathrooms are designed individually with antique marble and dispose of underfloor heating. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The vacation villa is surrounded by altogether 300 sqm of terraces. On the shady main terrace, in front of the living and dining area, there is a summer kitchen and a barbecue. The pool area is very spacious and provides sanitation.

As the estate has its own fountain, the drinking water supply as well as the irrigation of the tasteful garden are guaranteed by special filtering systems. An own jogging path surrounding the property has been created for the guests. Smoking in the finca is restricted to the smoking salon, which has a fireplace and TV. Shops, restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes by car in Palma, Port Andratx and Andratx. The nearest golf course is also only a ten minutes` drive away.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
