This finca lies in the middle of a parc with about 13,000 sqm close to Cala Llombards. Olive trees, Mediterranean stone pines, brooms and a great variety of other typical Majorcan trees and bushes form the natural character of the property and invite to enjoy the estate’s beauty from many different perspectives on a private promenade. A path that is used only by a small number of residents leads to an almost “private”, romantic bay. A small sandy beach and plain rocks invite to swim. When entering the vacation villa, the Majorcan character is sensible. Smartly arranged roofings, annexes, hutches with flowers and archways, grouping around the house with its unique facade of natural stones, contribute to this impression. The horseshoe-shaped and completely covered terrace adds to the cosy and stylish atmosphere. Inside the villa, as well as on the terrace, manifold seatings provide for an interesting diversity and constantly changing perspectives. The stairs, integrated into the salon, leads to the gallery with its fireplace as well as to the cosy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and covered balcony. From the gallery there is access to the other part of the house, which is built as a maisonette.

The double bedroom is located on the first floor, whereas on the ground floor, there is the comfortable living room with sofabed, fireplace, kitchen and shower/WC. All in all, the holiday finca has two double bedrooms, two living rooms, a gallery with sofabed, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest WC and a small dressing room. From the terrace, wide stone stairs lead into the garden. A path, lined with lush flower beds, passes the sauna house and then leads to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by plants, natural stone walls, an ancient barn and a porche. The technical equippment of the estate meets high standards. There are three open fireplaces (in both salons and in one bedroom). All rooms dispose of underfloor heating. The hot water supply is provided by solar panels and the central oil heating. There are three dogs on the property which are very friendly and not intrusive at all. The gardener takes care of them and feeds them. They will not enter the house. Santanyí is one of the most beautiful towns on Majorca, with an impressive cathedral, a cosy pedestrian zone and exclusive restaurants and shops. Furthermore, Santanyí is known for very attractive bays. Besides Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera and Cala Lombard are especially popular.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
