Spiti Achlia is a newly built, large villa in a beautiful location at the seaside. It is nicely decorated, with large windows and glass doors. Thus, one can enjoy the magnificent views of the Lybian Sea. There are two separate floors of 90 sqm, each with it`s own entrance, suitable for a large family or two families or groups of friends of 5 - 8 persons. A party of 1 - 4 persons can rent only the ground floor and in this case the upper floor will be reserved for the owner. Between the vacation villa and the sea lies the swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with a mosaic floor and marble bonders. There are several terraces on both sides of the pool, sun loungers, an outside wooden table for 8 people and a barbecue. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, orange and lemon trees, pine trees, cactus, herbs and flowers. Spiti Achlia provides air condition in all rooms. In the apartment on the ground floor, there are a large living room with dining table for 6 persons, two sofas, Sat-TV, HiFi and DVD. This room has large glass doors offering breathtaking views to the pool and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms.
The smaller one has two single beds, while the main bedroom features a double bed and an adjacent bathroom/WC with Jacuzzi. The large windows on two sides of the Jacuzzi offer a magnificent view. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with tub/WC and washing machine. The apartment on the first floor features beautiful marble floors. There are a spacious living room with three large glass doors with endless view of the sea, two sofas, a dining table, Sat-TV, HiFi, DVD and a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a marble bathroom with a tub and washing machine. The two bedrooms are similar to those in Apartment Pelagos, with beautiful views of the sea. The only difference is that there is no Jacuzzi. Apartment Uranos has 5 large balconies with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The garden provides a sunny or a shady place to rest at any time of the day. Shops, restaurants and beaches are not more than 500 metres away.
