This spacious holiday apartment lies in the center of Kitzbühel, just a few minutes walking from the pedestrian zone. Many restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. This domicile is furnished tastefully and equipped very well. From the central corridor, one has access to one double bedroom and the room with the bunk beds. Furthermore, there is the guest WC and the entrance to the spacious salon, which is divided into the kitchen, the large dining area and the living room. This room leads to the third double bedroom, which, like all bedrooms, disposes of a huge bathroom with tub. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers a lot of comfort to the guests. From the dining room, there is access to the terrace, which is layed out with teak and endowed with teak furniture.
For entertainment, there is a stereo and a LCD-TV with video and DVD-player. All floors are made of high-class parquet. Thus, the possibility to bring a dog is subject to the owner´s confirmation. In the basement, there is a heated storing room for skies and skiboots as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer at the guests´ disposal. Every other day, a friendly maid will come to do the cleaning service. Upon request and extra charge, she will also do the laundry and shopping. Guests will not be disturbed by the transit traffic of the main street, but will have to anticipate some traffic caused by residents occasionally. There are parking spaces for three cars directly at the house.
