Spiti Arias is a very comfortable holiday villa just a few minutes walking from the port. The inhabitants of Hydra have decided not to have any cars on the island, so each way is measured in "minutes walking". The island has some lovely beaches; water taxis are on hand at the port to take one there. The holiday home's extraordinary tasteful interieur design, the high qualitiy of the furniture and fabrics and the artificial decoration are stunning. Breathtaking views of the Saronic Gulf and the charming "chora" of Hydra will create a desire of never wanting to leave from here again. The house is built on three levels.
The upper entrance leads to the spacious lounge and the kitchen, which both have French doors opening to a terrace. Internal stairs give access to the bedrooms in the attic. There are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located at the pool level. Both bedrooms only have access via the pool deck, but no internal connection to the other rooms. All the terraces are well equipped with teak furnitures and sun loungers. Service of 3 hours 3 times per week is included in the rental price. Upon prior notice and supplemental costs extra service can be arranged.

Hydra
The islands in the Saronic and Argolic gulfs lie between the south-eastern coast of the Peloponnese and the west coast of Attica. The historic and picturesque island of Hydra is famous for its traditional architecture from the early last century. It´s a rendezvous point for many artists and painters. A branch of the Arts Academy continues the tradition of painting here. There are no cars on the island, donkeys provide the transport for longer distances. On the quayside of the port there are many cafes, restaurants, jewellery shops and art galleries. Narrow, steep streets, bare hillsides with white churches on them and paths along the seashore invite you to discover the island on foot. Getting there: Charter/schedule flights to Athens, high-speed vessel from Piraeus to Hydra.
