The small town of Maratea lies in Basilicata, nesteled in the Gulf of Policastro. It is appr. 250 km south of Naples. History here reaches back into the ancient Greek times. Hidden behind simple fishermens houses there is a unique little marina which offers a modern infrastructure for sailing and motor yachts.
